1oz of popchips crisps have 4 grams of fat, 120 calories and a 20 crisp count. Where as 10z of traditionally fried crisps have 10 grams of fat, 160 calories and a 12 crisp count. 1 oz of tortilla crisps have 8 grams of fat, 140 calories and a 10 crisp count. Now that is a difference! Clearly popped is the way forward.

What Flavours Do They Do?

Popchips offers a variety of crisp flavours including; BBQ, sour cream and onion, Thai sweet chilli, sea salt, sea salt and vinegar, sea salt and crushed black pepper. Which Are Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten Free and Dairy Free?

Popchips BBQ and sour cream and onion ARE BOTH gluten free and suitable for vegetarians. However, NEITHER are dairy free or listed as vegan (however, the list of ingredients does not contain products or byproducts of animals).
