KP Crisps and Snacks

You may not have realised just how extensive the KP crisps and snack range is. They do more than just KP nuts, they do Space Raiders, Nik Naks and many more. They have roots dating back to the 19th century, when KP was originally names Kenyon Produce. Upon making a variety of different snacks, it wasn’t until 1940 did they make a move into the crisp game. Now they are the second largest snack manufacturers with seven manufacturing sites country wide.

Types

KP own 16 brands including Space Raiders, Nik Naks, Skips, Roysters, Discos, Pop Chips, Penn State and Wheat Crunchies. All of which have fun innovative crisp designs from little alien heads to thick tubules. Not to mention their iconic KP nuts range that I’m sure a few of you will know from your local pub. So, it doesnt matter what type of crips picks your fancy because KP have it all, and One Pound Crisps stock a huge variety of them in single £1 bags or as whole cases!

Flavours

There is possibly one to many flavours to list due to the extensive variety KP have. The main contenders are, prawn cocktail, salt and vinegar, BBQ, spicy, sour cream and onion, chilli, the list could go on. However, it can be said that no matter what your flavour preference KP will have something for everyone. Due to the vast range of crisps and flavours theres only so many One Pound Crisps can stock. However, KP nuts honey roasted does use Honey, the animal bi-product.KP Roysters, Wheat Crunchies and Discos ARE both vegetarian. However, they are NOT dairy free, gluten free or vegan as Roysters and Crunchies both CONTAIN milk and gluten and Discos MAY contain milk and gluten despite having no direct gluten/dairy ingredients.KP Nik Naks Rib n Saucy and Nice ‘n’ Spicy crisps ARE vegetarian. Rib ‘n’ Saucy MAY contain milk, gluten and soya so CANNOT official by vegan, gluten free or dairy free. However, there are NO direct dairy, animal or gluten products in the ingredients. Nice ‘n’ Spicy CONTAINS wheat and barley and MAY contain milk and soya. Therefore they are NOT gluten free, vegan or dairy free. However, there are NO direct dairy or animal products in the ingredients.Space Raiders pickled onion and beef crisps ARE vegetarian. However, the beef flavour CONTAINS milk and MAY contain gluten and soya and therefore is NOT vegan, dairy free or gluten free. Pickled onion CONTAINS wheat and MAY contain milk and soya, so is not dairy free, gluten free or vegan.
